Healing is not about going to the doctors and asking for some tablets to cure your symptoms. Nope its much more and you can heal yourself without false rubbish to throw down your throat. Most of these tablets you take don't work, you only believe they work! The psychology of of thinking something works will work, as you trust in what you are given to be a cure. Here are a few pointers im going to learn you all about the psychology of the mind and how it works.
Sample: If you were walking to the shop with a friend and noticed a poster on the wall saying ` Shaun Booth the Hypnotist, tonight on at your local labout club. If you were interested in going along to see a Hypnotist, you would go and fully believe your are going to watch a genuine Hypnotist. Although i have studied Hypnotism i don't believe people should be conned out of their money so im going to share with you the real facts. Hypnotism is not real! It all about making people believe you can Hypnotise people. And if a person fully believes you are a Hypnotist they will indeed be Hypnotised. The psychology of this, you fully believe in them, just like the tablets you take from the doctors.
There was a good example of a story i read some years back about an athlete. A woman athlete was given some basic vitamin C tablets and told by her trainer, these tablets are a new steroid that cant be detected when tested by any medical testing organisation. Within weeks she was running much faster and her energy level doubled. Can you see the point im making! Everything is in your mind and if you fully believe in something, it will work. This applies to everything in life.
Right! Back to more information how your mind can heal yourself.
As you may have noticed depression in people is at an all time high! You cant catch depression, it developed by yourself and the way you think. Depression is brought on simply by negative thinking. Most symptoms you have when you go to visit the doctors are stress related (fact). The big question your asking yourself, how can i heal myself just by positive thinking! Positive thinking wont cure things alone. There are many other things in life that can help by understanding how your mind works.
Understanding Frequency and how it can heal.
Im going to talk about frequency in very simple terms to help you understand. Frequency is everything! Everything you see, touch and hear is frequency and does alter your mind state. Music is the best example everyone can understand. There is soothing music that calms you, fast must that makes you want you to get up and do something, and many other types. Taking time out of any situation just to listen to some relaxing music changes you brainwave levels to a relaxed state. (Don't choose thumping music even if you believe it relaxes you) Being in a good mood is not being in a relaxed mood. Although both are the best cure to help you along in life, relaxing should be relaxing music.
Psychology of colours.
Frequency of colours can change you mind in many ways. Here are some examples.
Black - Dark, gloomy
White - Inspiring or uplifting
Blue - Cold or trusting
Red - Warning or Hot
Green - Nature or Go
Purple - Class or Rich
Cream - Relaxing or soothing
Yellow - warm or neutral
You can judge peoples moods by simply looking at the colour of clothes they wear and the colour of the rooms in there houses. Why do you think stop signs are in red, and why traffic lights are in the sequence of red, amber and green! When you go to the super market and look up at the special offers, do you ever see them in black! Colours have a very big impact on our lives im more ways than you know. So remember always choose nice relaxing colours for your living room or your clothes. When you go on holiday and buy new clothes, you buy everything nice and bright, simply because an holiday is classed as enjoyment. In cold countries such as the UK, we buy boring colours mostly due to our climate and the way the weather makes us feel.
I tried to keep this very simple so everyone can understand without going into everything more in-depth. All you have to do now is believe in yourself and change things around you, its as simple as that. Don't just think it, believe it!
